If I Ran the Zoo 1950 first edition by D Fictional Children’s Books

Please read entire description before purchasing. First edition of If I Ran The Zoo by Dr. Seuss. Copyright in this book is 1950 as shown in the photos. In good condition FOR THE AGE. Inside binding is good. Outside is reasonably good for a 70 year old book. As you see in the photo some of the outer edge binding is coming apart on top and bottom but inside the book is well bound. Some typical small finger prints, minor smudging, a small speck splatter and light minor pencil in some of the pages. Questions please ask I want you to know what you are getting but I did my best to take good photos! No returns accepted.
